Hotel Santos Balneario Las Arenas wins ‘Loved by guests 2016’ award

The Hotel Santos Balneario Las Arenas 5*GL was one of the 12 Spanish hotels to win a Loved By Guests 2016 award. The prizes are handed out by Hotels.com based on feedback from clients on the online reservation website. The Hotel Balneario Las Arenas opened in 2006 and is the first Grand Luxury five star hotel in Valencia. Its location facing Malvarrosa beach is one of its great attractions, alongside the impeccable architecture, panoramic views from the 253 rooms and the 8,000 square metres of meticulous gardens.

The exquisiteness and excellence in every detail of the architecture, facilities and services, alongside a team of staff dedicated to excellent guest experience, led to the hotel becoming a member of the Leading Hotels of the World just one year after it opened.

A total of 2,700 hotels in 94 countries won an award. All of them received an exceptional rating after travellers awarded them an average score of 4.7 or above out of 5.
